We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Use of this Service does NOT create an attorney-client relationship between you and DivorcePrep, its owners, employees, contractors, or any affiliated parties. The information, documents, forms, and materials provided through this Service are for general informational and document preparation purposes only. Nothing on this website or provided through this Service constitutes legal advice, legal representation, or a substitute for the advice of a licensed attorney. 3. Description of Services

DivorcePrep provides document preparation and digital filing assistance services for uncontested divorce proceedings. Our services include: • Preparation of standardized divorce forms and documents based on information you provide • Guidance on completing required court forms for your jurisdiction • Review of completed documents for completeness (not legal accuracy) • Digital delivery of prepared documents • General information about the uncontested divorce process Our services are limited to document preparation only. We do not represent you in court, negotiate on your behalf, provide legal strategy, or offer any services that constitute the practice of law. We are not responsible for the outcome of any legal proceeding.

4. Eligibility and Suitability

Our services are designed exclusively for uncontested divorce cases where both parties agree on all material terms including property division, debt allocation, child custody, child support, and spousal support. This Service may NOT be appropriate for your situation if: • Your divorce is contested or either party disputes any material term • There are complex asset divisions including businesses, pensions, or significant real property • Domestic violence, abuse, or safety concerns are present • Child custody or support matters are disputed • Either party is represented by an attorney • Your case involves international elements or multiple jurisdictions By using this Service, you represent that your situation is appropriate for uncontested divorce document preparation. DivorcePrep makes no warranty that our services are suitable for your specific circumstances.

5. User Responsibilities and Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of all information you provide to us. DivorcePrep prepares documents based entirely on the information you submit. We do not independently verify any information you provide. You acknowledge that: • Providing false or inaccurate information may result in invalid documents, court rejection, or legal consequences • You are responsible for reviewing all prepared documents for accuracy before filing • You are responsible for filing documents with the appropriate court and paying all required filing fees • Court requirements vary by jurisdiction and may change; you are responsible for verifying current requirements • DivorcePrep is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate information you provide

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DIVORCEPREP, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: • ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES • LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL • COSTS OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES • ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE • ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN DOCUMENTS PREPARED BY THE SERVICE • COURT REJECTION OF ANY DOCUMENTS PREPARED BY THE SERVICE • ANY LEGAL OUTCOME RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

7. Disclaimers and Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DIVORCEPREP EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: • IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE • WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE • WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY INFORMATION • WARRANTIES THAT DOCUMENTS PREPARED WILL BE ACCEPTED BY ANY COURT • WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE IS APPROPRIATE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC LEGAL SITUATION DivorcePrep does not warrant that the documents prepared through this Service comply with the laws of any particular jurisdiction, as laws change frequently and vary significantly by location.

8. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment for services is due at the time of order. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. Refund Policy: Due to the nature of document preparation services, refunds are available only if document preparation has not yet commenced. Once document preparation has begun, no refunds will be issued. If you experience technical issues preventing access to your documents, please contact our support team. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already placed and paid.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of DivorcePrep and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Documents prepared for you through our Service are provided for your personal use in connection with your divorce proceeding only. You may not resell, redistribute, or use such documents for commercial purposes.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy carefully before using the Service.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first using the Service by sending written notice to our contact address.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
